Exam Break

Thanks so much to Naseer Ahmed and his family for providing our first exam break of the week last night! The pizza fueled our studying and got a lot of 1st Hunters ready for the big chemistry exam today!

Super Bowl Party!

Last night we invited the sister hall for a Super Super Bowl celebration. We set up the lounge couches in a movie style arrangement, a projector, and Trey Faddis's speakers in the lounge for an awesome time. Mike provided food and drinks and we had a great time with the sister hall. Rumor has it that we'll do it all again on Wednesday for the Duke/UNC game at 9pm. Go Giants, and Go Duke!

Food Drive Competition

Hi Parents!

The NCSSM Food Drive has become an annual event here on campus. For one day we drop everything and collect: all day, from anyone that wants to donate, for the Central and Eastern North Carolina food bank. This year we're going for a little over 120,000 pounds of food on March 3rd. This will bring our 3-year food drive collection total to over 1 MILLION pounds of food!

We can't do it without help, though. That's why we're asking you for donations to the 1st Hunt Food Drive page! If you donate through 1st Hunt you're helping us reach our goal of 300$ (though we'd love to exceed this total!). Every dollar you pledge translates to 2.5 pounds of food. The page is collecting money through March 2nd, so make sure to donate soon!
